8.3.5 Microsoft Azure whose servers we use are all located in the UK or EU

8.4 In certain circumstances, We may be legally required to share certain data held by Us, which may include your personal data, for example, where We are involved in legal proceedings, where We are complying with legal requirements, a court order, or a governmental authority.

8.5 We may disclose your personal data to our insurers and/or professional advisers insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage , managing risks , obtaining professional advice , or the establishment , exercise or defence of legal claims , whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.

8.6 In order to set up and control credit accounts we may supply your personal information to credit reference agencies (CRAs) who will provide us with information about you, such as about your financial history. We do this to assess creditworthiness and product suitability, check your identity, manage your account, trace and recover debts and prevent criminal activity. We will also continue to exchange information about you with CRAs on an ongoing basis, including about your settled accounts and any debts not fully repaid on time.
