Vehicle Scheduling Administartor/ Invoicer - Aylesford

MC Truck & Bus Ltd (part of the MC Group) is a successful and established truck dealer in the South of England. We operate eight multi-franchised dealer points plus a dynamic rental business with in excess of 3000 assets offering innovative business solutions to vehicle operators


Working as part of the central invoicing team at our head office, your main role will be creating and maintaining vehicle schedules for all of our Depots. In addition, duties will also entail:

  • Raising retail invoices for the Service Department which incorporates building of warranty/contract claims.Accurate input of data using motor dealer computer systems
  • Collating information for payroll such as technician hours
  • Maintaining the attendance database
  • Warranty/contract reconciliation
  • Dealing with claim returns
  • Scanning and general administration

The successful candidate will:

  • Be professional and organised with the ability to provide excellent administration support
  • Ideally have previous experience within the motor industry - preferred but not essential as training will be given
  • Ideally have knowledge of creating vehicle schedules, warranty procedures and an understanding of vehicle repair terminology
  • Knowledge of customer web based portals
  • Computer skills (word, email, excel, customer web based portals and database)

Hours:- Monday - Friday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm. You will also be required to work at least every other Saturday (4 hours) and this will be paid at time and half. Overtime will be required at month end to assist in achieving budgets.
