Bodyshop Administrator (Part Time) - Hythe

MC Truck & Bus Ltd (part of the MC Group) is a successful and established truck dealer in the South of England. We operate eight multi-franchised dealer points plus a dynamic rental business with in excess of 3000 assets offering innovative business solutions to vehicle operators


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Contacting customers prior to a visit to confirm their requirements
  • Dealing with insurance companies.
  • Raising job cards
  • Time card input
  • Invoicing completed jobs
  • Updating various computerised systems
  • Reception duties

Applicants must have administration experience and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Previous experience in transport or a retail garage would be an advantage but not essential. You will need good IT skills, be proficient with Microsoft office packages and have previous experience of; database, access and web-based systems.

Hours:- Monday to Friday 9 am – 2 pm
