MC Group is committed to developing talented technicians to ensure a strong future for the transport industry. We believe it is vital to invest in young people and employ a number of apprentices through our Apprentice Training Programme.
NVQ and BTEC qualification
This popular programme takes around three-and-a-half years to complete, and involves technical college and work-based training. Successful apprentices gain an NVQ and BTEC upon the completion of the programme.
Since we formalised our training programme and created the dedicated school, our staff have developed their skills and experience a great deal. Training is central to MC Group’s ethos of providing excellent customer service.
